Helen Parker
Helen Parker was born in Hampton, Virginia in 1935 at Dixie Hospital. She was born and raised in the Hampton, Virginia area. She went to Union Street Elementary School and attended Phenix High School, where she graduated in 1948. After high school she began working for PENTRAN. She also worked for the Devonshire retirement home. She was an active member of local churches and had 5 children in the Hampton area.
